Qualifications
Michael Talerico graduated from The Penn Foster Career School receiving a diploma and certification in the Home Inspector Program.
He has over 20 years experience working in Consumer and Mortgage Banking where he has partnered with Realtors, Builders, Contractors, Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Appraisers, Electricians and Plumber.
Michael has lived in the Bradenton/Sarasota area for nearly 20 years and is well respected in the community.
Michael is also a member of:
- Manatee Board of Realtors
- Sarasota Board of Realtors
- Manatee Chamber of Commerce
- Home Builders Association of Manatee County
Most importantly, Michael is a family oriented individual who adores his lovely wife and 3 beautiful daughters.
